Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ArchGuard.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rost CAMP.

2. Description of Service

ArchGuard.io provides AI-powered, read-only architectural review of Terraform-based AWS infrastructure. The service:

• →Accepts Terraform configuration files uploaded by the user
• →Generates structured review reports across Security, Reliability, Cost, and Operational Readiness pillars
• →Does not modify, deploy, or interact with any infrastructure or cloud account
• →Does not require cloud credentials or account access

Review reports represent architectural guidance and should be treated as a first-pass analysis, not a substitute for professional security audits or AWS certification.

3. Account Registration

To access the service, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• →Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• →All activity that occurs under your account
• →Notifying us immediately at legal@archguard.io of any unauthorised account use

Accounts are for individual use unless you are on a multi-seat Agency plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use ArchGuard.io to:

• ✕Upload files containing production credentials, secrets, API keys, or sensitive tokens
• ✕Process files or infrastructure you do not have authorisation to analyse
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe the underlying AI model or API
• ✕Resell the service or distribute review reports to clients without an Agency plan
• ✕Engage in activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the service
• ✕Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice where the violation is severe.

6. Data & Confidentiality

Terraform files you upload are processed solely to generate your requested review report. Files are deleted immediately after analysis completes and are not retained on our systems.

We will not:

• →Use your uploaded code to train AI models
• →Share your Terraform files with third parties except as required to perform the analysis
• →Retain your infrastructure code beyond the analysis session

7. Pricing & Payment

Current pricing is published at archguard.io/pricing. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.

Early access pricing: Pricing locked during the early access period is guaranteed for 12 months from the date your subscription is activated.

Refunds: You may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of a subscription period by contacting legal@archguard.io within 14 days of the billing date. Refunds are granted at ArchGuard's reasonable discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rost CAMP's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service will not exceed the total amount you paid to ArchGuard in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

In no event will Rost CAMP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rost CAMP and its officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the service, including any unauthorised uploads, misuse of review output, or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access until that date.

By ArchGuard: We may suspend or terminate your account for material violations of these Terms. Except in cases of severe abuse, we will provide reasonable advance notice before termination. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and your account data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The contracting entity is Rost CAMP (KVK: 95487530), registered in the Netherlands.

EU users: Disputes are resolved under Dutch law. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights you have under EU law.

Non-EU commercial users: Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.

13. Changes to Terms

We will notify you by email at legal@archguard.io at least 14 days before any material change to these Terms takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Non-material changes may be made without prior notice.
